PROTEGE READY TO WORK (RTW) MEDAC MALAYSIA
Since 2018, Ethos Connect has conducted PROTEGE Ready to Work RTW (Professional Training & Education for Growing Entrepreneurs) for eligible employers and employees. The main purpose of PROTEGE RTW is to enhance productivity, capabilities and growth for employers and employees. Employees will be trained on knowledge and competencies to develop their potential and to improve performance at work.
PROTEGE RTW by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development & Community Malaysia is an experiential, fun and motivating program comprising of 7 modules conducted via remote online or face-to-face by our competent and qualified trainers.
The modules are Professional Grooming & Business Etiquette, Communication & Networking Skills, Creativity & Analytical Thinking, Organizational Adaptability, Value-Driven Professional, Entrepreneurship 101 and Environmental Sustainability and Social Impact. Additional modules on Industry 4.0, Workplace Prevention of Spread of Infection, Service Excellence, English Communication and others are also available and may be subscribed to add value to the program.
